I am a web developer. I love solving complex and interesting problems. I seize every opportunity to increase my knowledge and seek to be a better version of myself everyday. My love for learning has been the primary motivating factor for me to learn programming as it is such a vast field. It has also cultivated my passion for teaching and helping others with programming. Coding is my favorite hobby. In fact I am in total love with text editors.
Online Recruitment System (ORS) is an online platform used by a company to recruit employees. Employers through the Human Resource Department post available job opportunities on their website for only registered users' consumption. The viewers once interested start feeding in their details such as profile details, resumes and cover letters in order to apply for a certain opportunity of interest. After receiving applications, the recruiter goes through the candidates' profile one at ago and selects item for an interview. The HR schedules an interview for the shortlisted candidate.
A computerized employee appraisal management system done as a final year project while at Muni University. This minimizes paper work in the performance evaluation process. System is still under review at the university.
